Curtis has been an ordained minister for close to three decades and has been married to Bertha Paden for over two decades.
He has held a position with a local youth ministry for over two years and was an assistant to one of his Senior Pastor's for two decades.
Curtis has also volunteered as part of the suicide hotline ministering to those who had a need to talk. He is a gifted Apostolic teacher who expounds on the word of God with clarity and brings others a more concise understanding of scripture and God's Kingdom. He and his wife have made themselves available to minister to married couples.
Curtis has spent many years mentoring young adults by training, discipling them in their purpose and destiny. Just as Jesus taught His disciples, Curtis leads young adults, putting emphasis on who they are called to be in Jesus Christ, naturally and spiritually. He intercedes and prays for those that he teaches.
Curtis believes that an important aspect of mentorship is; a leader can't mentor without a relationship with the people God sends to him to mentor.
